With over 12 years of experience in the immigration field, Olga is a knowledgeable and client-focused Senior Immigration Consultant who helps individuals and families successfully navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration. Early in her career, Olga developed specialized expertise in humanitarian and compassionate applications, an area where few consultants possess such in-depth experience. This unique foundation has been invaluable in building her comprehensive understanding of the immigration landscape.
Throughout her career, Olga has worked extensively with a wide range of immigration programs, both for temporary and permanent residence. Her expertise includes economic immigration programs such as the Federal Express Entry system and various Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), family and spousal sponsorships, as well as humanitarian and compassionate applications.
Olga is a former member of the Law Society of Ontario. She voluntarily surrendered her license in good standing to dedicate her full attention to immigration services—a decision made to better serve her clients through a more focused and specialized practice. She is now a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
In addition to her legal background, Olga holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Olena is a fully licensed, registered immigration consultant. Olena holds an unrestricted, class L3–RCIC-IRB license. She practices in all areas of immigration and refugee law and is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).
Olena has always been interested in studies related to law, criminology, politics, and psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in the Law and Society program from York University. She also has a Court and Tribunal Agent diploma (Honours), as well as an Immigration Consultant Diploma (Honours) from Humber College.
Additionally, Olena is an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).
As a holder of the L3 RCIC-IRB Unrestricted Practice license, Olena is authorized to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB):
