With over 12 years of experience in the immigration field, Olga is a knowledgeable and client-focused Senior Immigration Consultant who helps individuals and families successfully navigate the complexities of Canadian immigration. Early in her career, Olga developed specialized expertise in humanitarian and compassionate applications, an area where few consultants possess such in-depth experience. This unique foundation has been invaluable in building her comprehensive understanding of the immigration landscape.

Throughout her career, Olga has worked extensively with a wide range of immigration programs, both for temporary and permanent residence. Her expertise includes economic immigration programs such as the Federal Express Entry system and various Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), family and spousal sponsorships, as well as humanitarian and compassionate applications.

Olga is a former member of the Law Society of Ontario. She voluntarily surrendered her license in good standing to dedicate her full attention to immigration services—a decision made to better serve her clients through a more focused and specialized practice. She is now a licensed member of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

In addition to her legal background, Olga holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. Her education and professional experience in engineering have equipped her with strong analytical, structural, and problem-solving skills. Irina Davydova is a dedicated and trusted Immigration Lawyer, licensed by the Law Society of Ontario. With legal training from City, University of London (UK) and Canadian accreditation, Irina offers both a global perspective and local expertise in navigating Canada’s complex immigration system.

Olena is a fully licensed, registered immigration consultant. Olena holds an unrestricted, class L3–RCIC-IRB license.  She practices in all areas of immigration and refugee law and is a member in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC).

Olena has always been interested in studies related to law, criminology, politics, and psychology. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in the Law and Society program from York University. She also has a Court and Tribunal Agent diploma (Honours), as well as an Immigration Consultant Diploma (Honours) from Humber College.

Additionally, Olena is an active member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC).

As a holder of the L3 RCIC-IRB Unrestricted Practice license, Olena is authorized to represent clients before Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) and all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB):

Immigration Division (ID)—admissibility hearings, detention reviews

• Immigration Appeal Division (IAD)—family class sponsorship refusals, removal orders, residency obligation breaches, and certain inadmissibility decisions.
• Refugee Protection Division (RPD)- Convention Refugee or a person in need of protection eligibility.
• The Refugee Appeal Division (RAD) – appeals against the RPD to allow or reject the claim for refugee protection.

Olena specializes in humanitarian and compassionate applications and family sponsorship while also working on a variety of admissibility and residency obligations appeals.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Business and over 15 years of experience in customer service and management, Olha brings strong organizational and client-focused skills to my role as a Case Worker in immigration law. Olha is passionate about supporting individuals through their immigration journey and finds great fulfillment in seeing how her work can positively impact and improve people’s lives.

Iryna completed the Immigration Case Manager program at Herzing College and holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Banking from the University of Banking. With extensive teaching experience in marketing and management, Iryna brings both academic knowledge and practical skills. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and focused on delivering results while supporting clients in their immigration journey.
